Project #1 Rube goldberg
In our Rube project the requirements were to make it more than 20 seconds long, have two simple machines, and more than 12 steps. If an object is going to be raised it must be more than 12 inches high. You must fit on a space 2ft * 2ft * 3ft.
A completed rube will have the following: 6 physics calculations. A drafted and completed blueprint of the rube. And a typed guide showing each step of the rube.
What I have learned from my rube is to comunicate better with my group. I think that we could've done better on our ideas.
Our rube poured a cup of water for you. We first start by pulling a string to realese a wieght. The weight pulls a trigger that releases a sling shot. The shot from the sling shot goes into a half pipe and rolls down and push some dominos. The dominos push a zipline which moves down and touches a wheel. The wheel rolls down hits a lever. The lever hits another titer toter and realeses a ball. The ball rolls down a track and falls down a a pair of scissors. The scissors cuts a string which realeses a water bottle. The final step is that it pours water (duh).
Our rube was pouring a cup of water for you. Say you are really need to get some excerise. You need to get your sports clothes and your water bottle. All you have to do is pull a simple string and the rube will fill up your water bottle while your changing. Then your ready to go, in a shorter amount of time.

This is project about snow. Mostly How to survive in winter wonderland if you want to call it that. My role was to bring the materials for the experiment and to collect data. There is more to what we do in the document above.
